Dayton Warehouse Team Member
At The Flowerman, we specialize in providing high-quality flowers to our customers through both wholesale and retail channels. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse team and help us deliver exceptional floral products to our clients and retail locations.
As a Warehouse Team Member, your key duties will include:
● Processing Flowers: Unpack, hydrate, and prepare fresh floral products upon arrival.
● Quality Control: Inspect flowers to ensure freshness, appearance, and quality standards are met.
● Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull orders for clients based on order sheets and packing instructions.
● Product Preparation: Prep floral items for sale for our retail location, including bunching, labeling, and packaging.
● Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including cold storage units.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily order and quality goals.
Requirements:
● Prior experience working with flowers or perishable goods is a plus, but not required
● Ability to work in a non temperature controlled environment for extended periods
● Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
● Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
● Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)

Dayton Delivery Driver
A growing floral business in the Centerville/Dayton area is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Drivers to assist with delivering beautiful floral arrangements to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Safely load and transport floral arrangements using proper handling techniques
● Inspect all orders for quality and accuracy prior to delivery
● Deliver arrangements to customers in a timely and professional manner
● Communicate any issues or concerns with the design team
● Coordinate with warehouse and retail staff to ensure efficient delivery schedules
● Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
● Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance
● Provide friendly and courteous customer service
Requirements:
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
● Ability to lift and carry 30 to 50 lbs
● Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
● Familiarity with the greater Dayton area preferred
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
●Excellent communication and customer service skills, patient, and team-oriented
Additional Details:
● Flexible scheduling required
● Delivery hours typically range from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
● Increased delivery volume during peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
